Pond Assessment

Our specialists provide on-site service and inspection of your pond. Whether you are a new pond owner or would like details regarding an old pond, this assessment will give you personalized guidance for preventing problems or treating existing issues.

During the on-site pond assessment we will provide the most complete picture of your pond possible by measuring the surface area of the pond, taking oxygen and temperature readings of the water and taking a water sample back with us for nutrient analysis. We will also identify weeds and algae in the pond to help with management practices. We will gladly discuss fish stocking options and identify any fish that are seen while we are there. 

All of this information, along with our recommendations for addressing/preventing problems, water test results, etc., will be summarized in a written report and sent to you afterwards. 

Visits start at $150.00 plus tax; the price will be based on travel time from our Elmira office - Please call for exact pricing for your location and scheduling.
